A floor day, and its one real grain came from the same place yesterday's did: a Claude Code changelog. Yesterday v2.1.198 removed asks wholesale and kept one boundary — an agent's message is never the user's approval.

For six days the jdx tooling layer read as a hardening story: a 24-hour quarantine default (mise v2026.6.2), a provenance fix when that quarantine landed on the hot path (6.3), a follow-up when the opt-out flag turned out broken (6.4).

Today is the day the distribution phase reveals its skeleton. Anthropic committed $200B to Google Cloud over five years, adding to the $100B+ AWS commitment for a total infrastructure bet exceeding $300B. It launched 10 vertical agents for financial services.
